I just received my copy of Total Wellness. It has really awakened me to the power of the words that I am speaking over my current situation. I am dealing with the affects of Vertigo that was onset by what has still not been confirmed as cranial nerve damage, which also cannot be explained. I have not felt fearful, or even stressed in the midst of it all. But I have also not really known how to war. I do believe that God will restore me fully, and I believe this, no matter how I’m feeling, or what I am currently going through. But it wasn’t until I got my copy of the book which was gifted to me by my dear sister in Christ did I realize that I was not battling according to God’s word, but rather, I was just “waiting” inactively. I am asking that you all pray with me as I re-position myself in this battle. I’m seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit in a new way. It’s time to come out!"

Just a brief accolade on Valerie Dickson’s book “Total Wellness: Healing for the Mind, Body and Soul”! Valerie has penned a documentation of her “story” that led her to write such a wonderful, inspiring book! She delves into her personal journey through her sickness, her healing process the development of her relationship and continual walk with the Lord. I found it to be very inspiring, uplifting and with a real sense of the healing powers of our Lord and Savior from the heart of a friend! You will find it be spell bounding as you get into the depths of her journey and in total awe at other times! This book can also be used as a daily devotional if you wish. This has been a very true, up close and personal journey of one amazing young lady! I highly recommend this astounding book. . .take Valerie’s 50 day journey; you’ll be glad you did!
